The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Asia, you will be involved in:
Business Development and expanding Chronos Consulting recruiting services within this region
Headhunting, researching, identifying and presenting candidates, spanning a range of diverse industries and levels of roles
Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media and advertising tools
Client & candidate relationship management, communicating in a timely, professional and responsive manner
Creating and updating Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area
4+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting shortlist & closing candidates)
Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies including: headhunting, market mapping, searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, and others
Interacting with clients and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Customer focus with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality control
Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team member with our international offices
Fluent English
