Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development teams, to develop risk mitigation strategies and negotiate favorable contract terms. Legal Compliance: Stay updated on international laws, regulations, and industry-specific legal requirements that impact the organization's international operations. Ensure that international contracts comply with relevant legal frameworks, anti-corruption laws, export control regulations, and intellectual property rights. Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and cross-functional teams, on international contract matters. Help interpret contractual obligations, rights, and responsibilities, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
