Our client is a global leader in FMCG manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all import/export business, driving continuous logistic process improvement to increase efficiency.

Ensuring customs clearance under Customs policy.

Leading to improve warehouse operation & process efficiency.

Strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.

Overseeing the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

Setting up the layout and ensuring efficient space utilization.

Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures.

Adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.

Planning work rotas, assigning tasks appropriately, and appraising results.

Receiving feedback and monitoring the quality of services provided.

Managing stock control and reconciling with the data storage system.

Coordinating with sales and manufacturing to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch plans and monitor the rs execution of the project.

Monitoring & Review Dispatch Plan Vs Dipping schedule every week to achieve monthly Dispatch Targets.

Reviewing resources planning to ensure Dispatch continuity.

Handling any new requirement regarding dispatch to be informed to the team so that it is implemented correctly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensuring Vans & Container are provided with necessary documents before they are released from factory premises to avoid detention in transit.

Ensuring proper & necessary information regarding dispatch orders is given to the concerned CSR /Sales.

Weekly meetings with Transporters given further requirements & vehicle planning to ensure dispatch continuity.

Weekly auditing on Temperature graphs & Bills submitted by transporters to ensure proper SOP is followed.

Ensuring weekly Sales Hold is discussed & informed to Sales for timely clearance & to keep control of inventory levels.

Creating Inventory Aging report to be shared with HOD & Finance.

Ensuring zero non-compliances in Internal and External audits for Business continuity.

Internal process

Ensuring SOPs are followed for dispatch activities.

Ordering execution compliances and commercial clearances for Dispatch with the back office.

Managing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on dispatch status.

Monitoring all Documents with zero errors in the declaration.

Complying with all legal, documentation requirements.

Supporting implementation of digital transformation and advanced SCM technologies.

Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc)

Vendor management

Enabling vendor evaluation periodically & improves vendor performance.

People development

Focusing on the achievement of desired results of key People Processes and enhancing Organizational &

Handling Functional Capabilities Ensuring the development of associates to perform their roles & responsibilities.

Qualifications

Male or Female and age between 35 - 45 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related areas.

At least 10 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Import Export in FMCG manufacturing is a plus.

Excellent in MS Excel and experienced in ERP SAP system would be preferred.

Good spoken and written English.
