What you will do

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement robust sales strategies tailored to offline modern trade channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Continuously assess and refine sales approaches in response to market trends and consumer behavior to seize growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, negotiating contracts that yield mutual benefits and drive long-term growth
  • Employ a consultative approach to understand customer needs and align our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Regularly evaluate sales performance against targets, providing insightful reports to management with actionable recommendations
  • Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximization of ROI
  • Qualifications

    What we are looking for

    Required Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in sales management, with a significant focus on offline modern trade in the FMCG
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a keen understanding of the offline retail environment
  • Strong analytical abilities, adept at interpreting sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, capable of establishing and maintaining high-value partnerships
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
